Tom and Simon have been mates since school, sharing everything from homework to girlfriends. But whilst Sy has always played it safe, Tom pushes things to extremes...with occasionally violent results.

After an ill-advised evening with the wife of local nutcase Mad Mark Flynn, Sy is starting to worry if Tom might have bitten off more than he can chew. Then he meets Foster. A former boxer with a left hook to die for (or from), Foster takes Tom under his wing. But is there more to his interest than meets the eye?
