COVID-19 Statement

The doors are open, the lights are dimmed and cinema and theatre are back! We’ve missed you, and can’t wait to welcome you through our doors once again.

When you come back to Junction, you’ll notice we’ve made some changes to help you enjoy a safe experience…

Face Coverings

Government guidance still recommends you wear face coverings “in crowded and indoor spaces where you may come into contact with people you do not normally meet”. We recommend you wear a face covering when visiting and watching a show or film at Junction.

You can remove your face covering to eat or drink. We recognise some people may be exempt – if that’s you, please let our staff know. We also recognise that the headlines on this may cause some confusion – with some audience members assuming face coverings are no longer required. We will have a spare supply for anyone who forgets theirs.

Online Ticketing

We have removed all booking fees – so whether you buy online, over the phone or in person, the price you pay is always the same.

Hand Sanitisers

Please use one of the hand sanitisers we’ve provided to help keep you safe.

Social Distancing

Inside our venue, we ask that you continue to observe social distancing whenever possible.

At the desk, cafe bar and concessions kiosks we have installed screens for your protection as well as that of our team.

Contactless Payments

When paying for items, including food & drink, where possible please use contactless payment.

Increased Cleaning

We have introduced increased cleaning measures in all spaces around the venue.

Staff Training

All of our Front Of House teams have been trained in Covid-19 awareness and the measures put in place to keep you safe.
Please ask them if you have any questions.

We are doing all we can to ensure you enjoy a safe experience when at Junction, please act responsibly and follow any advice from our team.

We look forward to welcoming you back.

What happens if I feel ill and can’t use my ticket?

If you are unwell, experiencing symptoms of Covid-19 or have been told to self-isolate, please DO NOT attend.

We will be ensuring that you have maximum flexibility by allowing tickets to be exchanged up to 24 hours prior to the performance – so if someone in your party feels ill, there’s no need to worry. With 24 hours’ notice we can cancel your tickets and credit your account with the money to spend at a time you are able to attend.
