The doors are open, the lights are dimmed and cinema and theatre are back! We’ve missed you, and can’t wait to welcome you through our doors once again.
When you come back to Junction, you’ll notice we’ve made some changes to help you enjoy a safe experience…
Now the Government have moved to ‘Plan B’, all customers aged 11+ should wear a face covering when visiting Junction – including when watching a show or film. You may remove your face covering to eat or drink. We recognise some people are exempt, if that’s the case – please let our staff know.
Wherever possible we ask that you book tickets online or over the phone (01405 763652).
We have removed all booking fees – so whether you buy online, over the phone or in person, the price you pay is always the same.
When you arrive you’ll be asked to use one of the hand sanitisers we’ve provided to help keep you safe.
We no longer take your details for contact tracing purposes. However, if you would prefer to ‘check in’ to our venue via the NHS Test & Trace service, QR Codes are available. This is your own choice.
Inside our venue, we ask that you continue to observe social distancing whenever possible.
At the desk, cafe bar and concessions kiosks we have installed screens for your protection as well as that of our team.
When paying for items, including food & drink, where possible please use contactless payment.
We have moved to allocated seating for all our events in the main auditorium.
Please sit in the seat number shown on your ticket, and do not use any seats marked with an ‘X’.
We have introduced increased cleaning measures in all spaces around the venue.
In addition, after every event we ‘fog’ the auditorium with an anti-viral solution.
All of our Front Of House teams have been trained in Covid-19 awareness and the measures put in place to keep you safe.
Please ask them if you have any questions.
We are doing all we can to ensure you enjoy a safe experience when at Junction, please act responsibly and follow any advice from our team.
We look forward to welcoming you back.
What happens if I feel ill and can’t use my ticket?
