Summer Showcase 2026

The talented young performers of Junction Goole Performing Arts School take to the stage for their very own spectacular Summer Variety Showcase!

Packed with energy, creativity and confidence, this end-of-term celebration shines a spotlight on the hard work of our young performers, this term aged 5 up to 15. Our youngest stars will delight you with a fun-filled retelling of the classic fairytale Jack and the Beanstalk, working imaginatively as an ensemble to bring the story to life. Expect fun, cheekiness, and scene-stealing delivery!

Older performers will showcase their growing skills with a powerful selection of Shakespeare monologues and scenes, bringing timeless writing from plays like Hamlet, Romeo & Juliet, Henry VII & Macbeth to life with passion, flair, and a good dash of humour. The Showcase will also feature beloved musical numbers such as Six (From Six), For Good (from Wicked), Larger Than Life (from & Juliet), and I Just Can’t Wait to Be King (from The Lion King), certain to get you toe tapping and singing along.

For some it’s their first-time performing, for others this is another notch in their show-belts, but for everyone – this is a chance to see the next generation of local talent and rising stars shine!
