Performing Arts School

Sat 18 Apr - Fri 17 Jul

A professionally led performance training programme for young people in the Goole area.

Dream of performing? Love to act, sing, or move? Now’s your chance! Our Performing Arts School offers weekly sessions led by top professional artists. Let your creativity take shape as you develop your skills in acting, singing, voice, musical theatre, and movement – all in a fun, dynamic, and inspiring environment.

Whether you’re bringing famous scenes and songs to life or creating your own original performances, you’ll build confidence, stretch your imagination, and learn to shine. From your first steps in the rehearsal room to taking your bow, we’ll challenge you, nurture your talents, and help you prepare for auditions while gaining real rehearsal and performance experience.

Our Performing Arts School offers weekly sessions for everyone — whether the stage feels like your natural habitat, or you love the idea but haven’t quite found the confidence (just yet!) to take the plunge.

2026 Term

This Summer, you’ll be working on some of the best numbers such as: Six (From Six), For Good (from Wicked), Larger Than Life (from & Juliet), and I Just Can’t Wait to Be King (from The Lion King)

You’ll train in acting, movement and singing, led by professional performers who actually work in the industry. This isn’t about messing around – it’s about building skills, confidence, and proper stage experience.

In July, you’ll take to our main stage for a live showcase in front of an audience.

Bursary & Assisted Places

We understand that we’re in a cost of living crisis, and that times are tough — but we never want cost to be a barrier to the arts. That’s why we have a limited number of free bursary & partially assisted places available, for those who need it.

Get in touch to book a FREE Taster Session — think of it as a trial rehearsal before deciding if you want to join the cast!

Just email [email protected], and our Creative Engagement Team will get right back to you.
