Your Place Comedy presents: Simon Brodkin & Maisie Adam – Live to your living room

10th May
Doors 7.45pm, Show Time 8pm

Join Simon Brodkin (acclaimed character comedian behind Lee Nelson and Jason Bent, and internationally renowned prankster who famously handed Theresa May a P45 during the Conservative Party Conference and showered disgraced FIFA president Sepp Blatter with bank notes) and Maisie Adam (star of Have I Got News For You, Mock The Week, 8 Out Of 10 Cats and Edinburgh Comedy Award Best Newcomer nominee) as two of Britain’s top contemporary comedy stars broadcast live from the comfort of their homes, with just the sound of their own thoughts for company!

Hosted by Tim FitzHigham (writer and star of Radio 4’s The Gambler, presenter of CBBC’s Super Human Challenge and Edinburgh Comedy Award Best Newcomer nominee), this is the second show in a brand new initiative from a group of small, independent theatres and arts centres to both support performers and continue bringing live entertainment to their audiences during these difficult times.

The event is FREE to watch but there will be an option to donate if you have enjoyed the broadcast, with all money raised being distributed equally among the supporting venues (including this one!), each of whom are navigating their way through some challenging financial times.
