Join Resilient Soul Yoga, in conjunction with Incredible Edible Marshlands, for a unique yoga experience beneath the magnificent Helios installation at Goole Market Hall.

Inspired by the power and energy of the sun, this accessible session will include a gentle flow of Sun Salutations, mindful movement, breathwork, and relaxation, allowing you to connect with the light, warmth, and wonder of Helios. Whether you are completely new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, you are warmly welcome.
