Aspiring champion race car Lightning McQueen is on the fast track to success, fame, and everything he’s ever hoped for—until he takes an unexpected detour on dusty Route 66. His have-it-all-now attitude is thrown into a tailspin when a small-town community that time forgot shows McQueen what he’s been missing in his high-octane life.
Starring Owen Wilson (Zoolander, Wedding Crashers), Bonnie Hunt (Cheaper By The Dozen, Jumanji), screen legend Paul Newman (Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, The Sting, Road to Perdition), and Larry The Cable Guy as the unmistakable voice behind Mater, 2006’s Cars is a firm favourite of both kids and adults alike.
Also not to be forgotten is the incredible soundtrack to Cars, featuring Sheryl Crow, John Mayer, The Chords, Randy Newman, and Rascal Flatt’s version of Life Is A Highway – that’ll have you tapping your feet through the film like you’re putting pedal to the metal!
