A highly visual, family-friendly show using acrobatics and dance to powerfully challenge forestry practises. Forests includes a 5-meter bamboo tree with interweaving ropes, connecting performers and trees together. This network of rope allows the tree to be felled and re-grown, replicating the intricate connection rooted deep underground.
Kim Charnock and Lorna Meehan established RoguePlay, and together have spent twelve years developing the company from a small two-hander into a thriving touring organisation. Working internationally, RoguePlay has an impressive history of touring shows and collaborations with companies such as Nofit State, Panasonic and Gravity & Levity.
