For the past seven years, Adam Z. Robinson has travelled the country with his ghost story theatre shows, The Book of Darkness & Light, Shivers and Upon the Stair. In Haunted – Robinson‘s first solo production – he turns his hand to classic ghost stories.

Haunted features two of the best-known and most-loved ghost stories in history. The Monkey’s Paw by W.W. Jacobs and The Upper Berth by F. Marion Crawford.

In The Monkey’s Paw by W.W. Jacobs, the White family are visited by an old friend who brings with him a strange object, said to be able to grant wishes to anyone who possesses it. As the old saying goes: be careful what you wish for! In The Upper Berth by F. Marion Crawford, Cabin 105 of an ill-fated ocean liner has many strange tales attached to it about the thing that dwells in the upper berth. But none of the stories can be true… can they?

Using a combination of storytelling, intimate and atmospheric lighting and a specially designed ghostly soundtrack, this is a chilling gothic show like no other.
