Join baby Yoga teacher Emma for some gentle adult and baby Yoga. These session’s will mix a combination of song, stories and sensory themed resources with weekly themes, from ‘under the sea’, to ‘into the woods’.
Relax and unwind as you and your baby explore movement and themes together.
These session’s are designed for pre-crawling or non-walking babies.
As an experienced multi-style Yoga teacher, Emma combines both modern and traditional forms of Yoga making it accessible and enjoyable for all ages (regardless of your flexibility).
