What is Brass Bands in the Park?
Yorkshire is world-renowned for its brass band tradition. Each summer we host a series of free afternoon brass band concerts in our beautiful outdoor spaces, with some of the best-loved bands from our region – all completely FREE.
What should I bring?
All are welcome to bring a picnic to the park – you can even bring along your own chairs/blankets. West Park and Riverside Gardens also have wonderful cafés selling delicious treats, lunches & drinks.
How long is each concert?
Each concert lasts 2 hours, including a 30minute interval.
