In this workshop, you will learn how to use Powertex – a sculpting medium, which hardens natural fibres and fabrics while keeping the appearance of the materials used.
If you can imagine it, then you can probably create it, with Powertex.
Artist Jacqui Broadhead will show you how to breathe new life into everyday household items, from old clothes, packing materials, jars and bottles, to old ornaments and decorations.
Aprons and gloves will be provided, but old clothes you wouldn’t mind getting messy are strongly recommended.

Powertex
Jacqui is a certified Tutor for Powertex for Goole and surrounding areas, and has been working with Powertex for 7 years, becoming a tutor in Fabric Sculpting in 2018. Since then she has completed all disciplines, and is now a level 4 tutor for Fabric Sculpting, Stone Art, 3D Flex and Mixed Media.
